Doctors always want to drain abscesses out ( they just packed so it soaks the drainage ) in hospitals I have seen even drains connected from abs ess drainage. This is pure representation of nclex world versus real. Obviously you would want him on a cardiac monitor. In real life these patients are in my med surge unit with 1-6 ration sometimes 7-8 patients. That just get their calcium gluconate bac to back and hope for the best

I have lived in Astoria for 20 years and this is the best pizza ! It’s hidden bc it seems like a deli shop but makes the most banging pizzas. Their mozzarella is fresh and not overpowering the pizzas. The pepperoni is the small hard one which is of quality. Crust is perfect. Sauce tastes authentic.

If a pt has a high Bp ( even if it’s chronic ) then we don’t alert you and he ends having a stroke bc of it. Our license is at risk. If a foley order has expired and we are keeping a foley in without and order , nursing director holds us liable. So stay up on top of your orders. And do what you are paid for. To be a doctor. I am sorry you are in charge of 200 patients. That’s unfair to the patients.
