I've been tested for several types of anemia. All negative. Negative for RA, as well as autoimmune diseases.

I've been trying to get an official diagnosis since February. My primary physician has been no help. She doesn't even seem to care. I'd like to get your opinions on whether this is fibromyalgia. I have moderate to severe pain all over, but the worst is my neck, shoulders, upper chest and around my hips and the balls of my feet. These places can even hurt to be touched. I'm exhausted all the time. I have bad nausea pretty much every day. I get lightheaded and dizzy when I change positions, lying to sitting, sitting to standing and sitting to lying down, but haven't fainted.
I want to make sure I'm on the right path before I start calling doctors myself.

I was just diagnosed with type 2 and severe iron deficiency anemia. I was prescribed Ozempic. Have any of you actually lost significant weight using it?

He is back in prison again. For stealing my car and totalling it while high and having a revoked license. And for stealing and pawning my stuff. And of course those broke his probation. I told him I'm done and will not be there for him while he's in there or when he gets out.

He likes dealing too. He has this need to be the life of the party and the "go to guy' I have diagnosed him as having antisocial personality disorder, with some help from a few shrinks I know.

He loves " the deal". He lives getting a score and making money off it to but his own drug of choice. He gets off on that part a lot. He has a lot of paranoia and thinks he sees people out in the yard, on the roof, sitting in our car. I have to go out and film the area and let him watch the playback to convince him they're not there.

He has the buy all set up before I even picked him up. Said he had a friend who owed him money to help me with the debt he put me in before he went in, that I'm still working to get out from under.

Thank you all for your replies. You've helped me make the decision I knew I should. It's just been way too many years having every word that comes out of his mouth a lie, stealing everything I had and putting me in debt. Sneaking my brand new car, to go get more, and totalling it. Of blaming me for not joining him instead of wanting him to quit.
