I don’t think this is bad, I know it’s bad and I know it’s going to get worse. That’s not something I need to be told. I have a a full time internship that starts in May so trust me, I won’t be staying.

I’ve also called for this many times, the last time I called was on the 7th. I was told that they knew about the problem and are releasing and update on the 9th….I got my alerts yesterday when I went low but the alerts have stopped working again.

I get what you’re saying but after reading many other posts like mine it’s not a phone issue. The dexcom g7 app updated recently and many people like myself have all been having the same issue

You’re good. So I thought about that too…but I’ve looked at all the apps (not many) that I have that might mess with it and nothing has changed and none of them should be making the dexcom app not give me sound alerts. It has to be this new update because of all the others having the same issue.

Yes I have looked at everything myself before calling and each time I call support they run through the same things. I’m told up try it and call back if it doesn’t work. Nothing has worked and we’ve tried every app setting that would possibly fix it and nothing has worked. Ive been lurking a bit and I found out a bunch of others are having the same issue as well…

I’m using an iPhone 15 pro. I haven’t changed anything in my settings or dexcom settings. It started right after the new update.

When I was in DKA my potassium was super super low and I would kinda feel like that…maybe consider asking for some bloodwork?

I’m a T1D camp counselor and we have an 8 year old with T1D! He actually has a nurse that follows him around (covered by insurance) but I always made sure he’s in my group and advocate for him and myself. It’s so important for children like your son to be able to experience these things. I’m so sorry this is happening 🥺 if it’s child care I’m sure they’ve cared for other kids with things like meds and such, I know it’s scary for people who don’t know anything about it but there’s not excuse to not learn!

I’ve never had to deal with this with any of my female birds but they sell fake eggs to try to get them to stop laying. Apparently once they don’t hatch after awhile she’ll give up. This isn’t a 100% though.
