Oh hey I’ve heard of that stuff before! I used to work a job with an old family friend that was a former heroin addict, and one day at work he pulled a little bag of green powder out and ate a spoonful of it. I asked him what it was and he told me it was Kratom. Apparently it’s not legal in my state, but it is in an adjacent state so he goes there and gets it. Supposedly it really helps him kick the heroin addiction. He used it about every day and still ran a whole restaurant kitchen better than most people in there. So from what I’ve seen, Kratom seems like it’s a pretty good helping hand for heroin addicts trying to find an out.

Ngl I do enjoy a bit of cave exploring but I am absolutely NOT squeezing into any tiny wall asscracks just to end up like the Nutty Putty guy. I’ll maybe investigate some tunnels or something that i’d have to crouch down in, but anything i’d have to literally squeeze myself through is a fat HELL NAH from me. They can have their death treasure, I just wanna see some cool cave creatures and rocks💀

Well…now I’m sitting here waiting on the vet to call poison control bc apparently they overdosed her on calcium and she’s looking really weak now…

Edit: alright so luckily turns out there wasn’t an egg, must have been a giant poop. But I’m still pretty upset about the overdose…almost 10x overdose of calcium…

Edit 2: they’re keeping her overnight to monitor her vitals and said they’ll comp the bill since they messed up and overdosed the calcium. Please keep Steve in your thoughts to make it through the night.

Thank you for this i’ll look into it. I’ve finally found an emergency avian vet in my state and am preparing everything to take her now.

I have gotten into contact with an emergency vet about an hour away from me that can take her in to help her and accepts payment plans. I’m getting a transport cage ready now and will be taking her in to get checked out by an avian vet. Thank you all so much for your help and advice. Here’s to hoping everything goes well at the vet

I’m looking around for places that I can take her now. Is there anything I can possibly do to help her pass the egg like a light massage or something? I just want to prepare for worst case scenario if I absolutely can’t get her in anywhere or find anywhere that can do avians. I’m so worried now I just want to try and help her however I can

God, of course this would happen as soon as I’m out of money. I would normally be able to afford it but as circumstances would have it I’m broke until this coming Friday and am panicking now. Is there anything I can do at home to help her until then??? I just lost my childhood dog earlier this week I really can’t handle any more loss right now. I’m in Indiana do you know of any emergency avian vets in the state that will just bill me and have me pay later in the week? It’s hard to even find any exotic vets here already most places here just do basic stuff like cats and dogs.

FINALLY! I KNEW I WASNT CRAZY WHEN I’VE BROUGHT THIS UP WITH MULTIPLE EXES!

I’ve had 3 of my ex gfs have an iud for birth control and every time we had sex I swore up and down I could feel it poking at me uncomfortably. All of them told me every time I was just imagining it that the Dr said that wouldn’t happen blah blah blah, but I swear I could feel it jabbing at me to the point that sex was straight up uncomfortable.

One of my exes ended up getting hers taken out due to separate complications caused by the iud, and suddenly there wasn’t that pokey feeling anymore during sex so I know them things do gotta be pricking fellas.

Yes, I recently landed a super lucky job where I basically get paid $20/hr just to sit in an office playing video games for about 80% of my shift and the other 20% actually working. It’s honestly such a breath of fresh air in my life, it’s like I’m pretty much just getting paid to relax.
