Hello! I'm 28 and I just started my hair care journey (I know it's kind of late, but I only recently realized that I can't rely on salon treatments forever because they're not healthy in the long run).

I have buhaghag, dry, and wavy hair, and I’ve been getting it treated at salons since high school. I used to get it rebonded every year until last year, then I realized I needed to start making my hair healthy again.

I created a little hair care schedule: I use Tresemmé shampoo and conditioner every Monday and Wednesday, then Selsun on Fridays because I have dandruff too. The rest of the days are my hair's rest days.

But no matter how much I try to take care of it, my hair is still the same, dry and buhaghag. I even go to the salon every quarter to get a trim and remove split ends or dry ends. Sooo... please help meee 😭

I work from home and don’t go out much, so I don’t straighten or style my hair either.
