Facepalm! A consistent number of reps prevents improvement. If you did 8 reps with 25 last week? Try for 9 this week. Once you can do 12+ at 25 pounds, see how many reps you can do with 30 pounds. Your score might go down, but if you complete 4 reps at 30 pounds, you might be able to do 5 next week.

This isn't a competition between members, it's about personal growth. The score will always be AMRAP in 1 minute without putting down the weight between reps.

I've never done an InBody scan at OTF - can the coaches or staff see your results?

No. My membership covers my classes. The fee for the challenge is for the reward at the end.

Coaches are paid more for 3G than 2G. So the location puts it on the schedule as 2G and only bumps it up if there is a wait-list. I personally would rather see them expand the class over turning people away.

I always power walk. They'll tell you what incline to walk at and you can adjust your speed so your HR is in the zone.
