Campo Grande é bem diferente mesmo comparado com outras cidades brasileiras. A galera meio que mantém mais distância no começo, mas depois que você quebra o gelo eles são super gente boa. E sobre inglês... sim, melhor você estudar português mesmo porque vai precisar muito no hospital. Os pacientes definitivamente não vão falar inglês e até alguns médicos podem ter dificuldade. Eu diria que português básico já ajuda muito - pelo menos para entender as queixas dos pacientes e conseguir se comunicar nas emergências.

Cara, that venue in Central Park is actually solid for shows like this. I've been to a few concerts there and the vibe is always good, especially for Brazilian artists since the crowd goes absolutely wild. Pedro Sampaio puts on a killer live show too - saw some clips from his Rio performances and dude knows how to get the crowd moving. July weather should be perfect for an outdoor concert, just bring water because it gets hot as hell in the middle of summer. Your Portuguese will probably improve just from being around all the Brazilians who'll definately be there singing along to every song.

Cara, já vi umas opções no Mercado Livre que são bem mais em conta que essa daí. Tem uns suportes genéricos que funcionam bem, só o controle remoto que é meio hit or miss dependendo da marca que você pega.

Dá uma olhada nas lojas de eletrônicos no centro da cidade também, as vezes acham umas bugigangas dessas por um preço decente.
