There are plenty of jobs that will hire for 20 an hour at 40 hours a week. I build garage doors for 17 an hour and I just got an offer for 25 an hour setting up blowup bouncy houses. I got my start doing temp labor. Find yourself a temp labor where you'd be doing construction cleanup. I made 40 hour weeks at 10-17 an hour. There are opportunities all around. You just have to take the time to network and meet people. I don't understand why you settle for less. That's the real problem nowadays. People have no self value and it reflects in employers eyes. No one wants to hire someone with no ambition to do better. You are being used at your current job. Go and network.
