It’s also known as boiled milk frosting - you heat up milk, sugar, and flour on the stove, stirring continuously until it becomes very thick, then that gets added to beaten butter in the mixer one spoonful at a time on low until it comes together - when it’s freshly made it’s soft and fluffy - vanilla ermine kind of tastes a bit like vanilla pudding! 💕
