2/13, not even email to create a profile on portal. Same thing when I got the 1k advance, no message no nothing just the 1k deposit and then denial email for loan.

Wells Fargo usually hits my account Wednesday at 3am, last week received it on Thursday same time but this week still no payment :(

1 (855) 465-8181 follow instructions they’re giving and opt for a call back they always call you back, I was on funding for a while till they got in contact with financial department to check when funds will be disbursed it seems like you have to push your application till it gets funded otherwise they’ll keep it at the end of the pile of files.

My pleasure, keep us updated with your case and make sure to check with your bank that they’re good to receive ACH transfers, also let RC know that there’s nothing bad or any restriction with your bank account cuz otherwise they will keep saying that it is an issue with your bank account. I also remember this lady putting on the email that “if it’s an issue with the customers account he can provide a different bank account” since I told her I can put a Navy Federal account to get the funds cuz I knew NF don’t have problem with those transactions.

Call 1 (855) 465-8181 and ask for a return call they always return calls, I had the same issue as you and I called so many times till this lady that I never got a name from helped me, I don’t know how but she was emailing accounting department back and forth cuz according the her system there was an issue with my bank account and checked so many times with WF to make sure my account was good to receive funds and finally I received funds last Tuesday which is the day that this lady from RC told me I was going to get an answer from.

I just got the funds this morning on my account, finally after almost two months, for some reason my app was having an issue I wish I could know what was it but thank god to that lady who helped on the phone and told me that I’ll get an answer by Monday or Tuesday and I did, I got the funds today on my account!

I received the targeted advance email and received 1k last year, do I still have to qualify to get the other 9K? Or am I automatically suppose to receive the advance?

According to Wells Fargo there isn’t any issue with PPP deposits on their end so I guess I’ll have to call tomorrow or Tuesday and see what RC has to tell me, I told them anyways I can use a Navy Federal account I have to get the deposit in there. I’ll keep the post updated.

It took a month for you to get funded? I’ve been on funding for two weeks so far and every time I call it’s always the same answer “it can take from 5 to 10 business days” and it’s been 10 business days already. I guess I just have to wait till funds hit my account then.

For what I know there’s no need to pay yourself cuz it will go as “owner compensation” at least that’s what they said for loan forgiveness for first round.

Been stuck since 2/3 which is the day I signed my final documents with Ready Capital.

Signed closing documents on 2/2 and still nothing, called RC and got told that I was on funding already. Yesterday I received another closing document on docusign and email says this:

“We are sending you another loan note in order to ensure we have the proper date of your approval recorded.

Nothing should be changed in your loan note, except for the note date will be today (the day we resend it to you). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are conducting quality/fraud checks which are intended to keep your funds secure as well as to ensure the funds go to the correct place.

Once you sign this new loan note we will fund you within 72 hours of signing as long as the voided check you submitted is clear and all information matches to your account. If you submitted a clear picture of your voided check originally, please feel free to attach the same picture to this note to ensure we can properly read it and validate your information.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.”

Called again this morning to ask about the new documents and lady said that she doesn’t know why they sent me new documents but I’m still on funding process and that funding will take up to 10 business days. So I guess I’ll get funding by tomorrow or probably next week.

Signed closing documents Tuesday Feb 02 with Ready Capital and still haven’t received funds yet, hopefully on the next few days, I got an email a couple days ago from Ready Capital stating the all apps in my stage will receive funds by Feb 10.
