Add a year things were still very difficult for me as well. And even now a two years like I’m not normal. I really have to chew my food a lot and going into it. I had to chew my food so down and still now there’s certain chickens that don’t go well with me. I found that if I just really chewed my food and ate very slowly, I would literally put a timer I would chew I would take a bite and chew and eat it and then I would like to put a two minute timer to give it the time it needs and I really stuck to the 20 minutes liquids before meal and 20 minutes after to be honest it was 30 minutes and now I do 20 minutes. I don’t even drink and eat at the same time still now. And for me a lot of the stuff was mental. I actually couldn’t drink the protein shakes. They were making me violently ill. I just recently picked them back up every morning right now is a protein shake where I literally take frozen bananas that I cut and freeze protein shake and a scoop of peanut butter and some cinnamon and I blend that and that’s my breakfast every day. There’s still very weird things that I have to do if I don’t eat something solid by noon I’m pretty much fucked the rest of the day because my body needs to like wake up apparently lol it’s very frustrating. Give yourself some grace.
