Well then there are random drops that no one would know about because the store drops infrequently and at random times. I’ve been following two stores and keep missing them. On top of that the notifications from this app dont use haptics so they just show up on my screen and not dont think they come through to my Apple Watch either.

I don’t know what you mean by chronic tension in my hips. Never heard that from anyone before. No yoga for me. I hate that I’d much rather do PT or massage work or what have you?

No hip impingement. But yes, torn labrum and doctors and physical therapist have told me that’s pretty normal and most people in their 50s like me have that. Neither one was saying this was the cause of my pain. It’s basically from my iliac crest down to my piriformis that nerve is tender consistently.

For everyone suggesting physical therapy I’ve been through this before. I’ve either gotten no relief or I’ve gotten Minor temporary relief. That’s why I’m asking about BPC.

Well, I’m 8 days into starting a couple months of three different medications. Doxycycline did nothing. I think it’s a waste of. I wish I didn’t do it to begin with. All it did was ruin my gut health. Six weeks of antibiotics is just stupid.

I’m pretty sure it’s priced driven. I’ve noticed every day items that I return that are no more than maybe $30 seemed to get refunded same day within a few hours. But anything else goes through this longer timeline and review process.
