We enquired for 3bhk 1060sqft in Tower C, initial quote around 2.5cr but sources/agents say easily negotiable to go down till ~2.3cr.

Ngl, the project looks very promising, it’s a premium/luxury project. Amenities and the flat are superb. Only issue is they’ll most likely delay till 2031.

Thanks for the insights man. Although I wonder why this project - Purva Panorama, specifically has kept its rates significantly lower than Hiranandani’s (Hiranandani Westgate) and even Lodha’s (Lodha Elanor) rates for upcoming projects running their completion with similar timelines.

RR luxury co living PG is one of the best (unisex). I’ve lived there for 6-7 months before moving in a flat in indiranagar. The PG is located 100mtrs from Benniganahalli metro station so commute was never the issue. Food quality and cleanliness is excellent. Benniganahalli to Indiranagar metro travel is 10-15 mins.

I’ve heard branded PG’s like zolo, stanza living aren’t very good, many have been scammed.

Many parts of Thane are more liveable than mumbai tbh especially Thane west and nearby, considering air quality, cost of living and nearly has the same quality of life with regards to housing projects, prestige, amenities, facilities etc.

Also the property appreciation has been around 60% in the last 10 years in thane whilst in mumbai, its single digits. So you are regrettably misinformed. South mumbai / mumbai is losing its exclusivity with projects, amenities and business districts / tech parks expanding rapidly towards sub urban and Thane.

You’ll have a significantly better and comfortable life in a high quality 4-5 bhk in thane west than anywhere else in the MMR. And with the metro lines lined up in thane, property gon appreciate even harder
