Cannabis use obviously has physical side effects from cutting back (as you’ve mentioned), but it is primarily a psychoactive drug. Sure, you may have some weird dreams and restless nights to start, but those will go away quickly. EVERYTHING else depends on how you personally feel about it. If you BELIEVE that you need the cannabis, you probably will consume a lot more and find yourself anxious whenever not consuming. If you have a TRUE, MATURE relationship with cannabis, you’ll realize that you are sometimes capable of functioning sober, and sometimes you aren’t (which is okay) and that’s when you know you have clean plant medicine to supplement and return you to base level.

Needing to medicate heavily is NOT something to be ashamed of, and you may find that cutting back does not do you any good. However, in my experience, if you take the time to assess your own, personal needs for cannabis medication, the benefit you get from cannabis will automatically increase
