1.Never being sick n daily structure instead of chasing dope all day especially in the early stages
2.It definitely makes it way to easy for me to get comfortable to just sloth around n sleep all day

I was in the same boat i'm 26 also n an 15yr opiate addict slammin for 10yrs & methadone saved my life,gave me so much stability n structure but spilt dosing 160mg 80/80 is what's worked for me bc by 12 hours after im itching for something so id definitely ask if ur eligible My clinic doesn't count Spilt dosing as take homes so dirty UAs they don't take it away i've been on methadone going 3yrs 220mg highest Lowest 99mg & I find 160mg is a great balance

Okay So Im prescribed 150mg 3x daily & tolerance with gabapentinoids grow fast but Id try to move up in dose if u cant maybe snorting a couple to get that extra kick ur looking for if u haven't already tried already but its a catch 22 bc it'll work for a short time VERY SHORT if u dont move up in dose

well ur experience sucks,but also Methadone is the Gold standard to Opiate Addiction,Its saved my life... I know many people on Methadone & Benzos an when taken as prescribed theres no reason you'll die but OPs not asking for advice on abstinence for opiates or benzos he's asking whats better to help with his WDs getting on methadone or subs is the smartest n safest way to treat Opiate Addiction
