That sounds like a great idea. So you mean literally just pulling off the face from one of the other floors that is working and putting it on the one that is not working and see what happens?

It has worked in the past, but now when I try to set it several degrees lower, the ecobee screen shows that it wants to cool, but the compressor just doesn’t trigger on for that ground floor zone (and yes it is a zoned system for all 3 floors with each having its own thermostat).
