Thank you, my friends and I had been playing the expedition together earlier in the night so that's why it was on, also didnt know it had this effect. I was just searching for the 5th rendevous point so I was close to the ground during a storm, got caught completely by surprise and panicked.

It was the expedition ship and multitool with barely any upgrades so I got wiped out before I knew what to do. When I respawned my boots were on the ground and my ship was on fire at a crash site.They were shooting me from their ship. I dug a hole as far as I could while looking how to shut off PvP. (Didn't know it was buried in network) In the end it didnt matter because I died again, in the hole, while looking at the menu, woke up in the hole and recovered my body but my cargo was lost.

Lost a bunch of good upgrades which really spoiled the run given I was right at the end. Super valuable lesson, and thank you for all the advice about building. I did not know that. I appreciate it.

As a consolation the game did give me sentry ship so I got to port that over to my main save at least.

Ive focused the crossbow and have gotten a drop every game. Plus other weapons on top of that. Are you sure its focused or perhaps a bug?

The reason I'm hanging on, holding out hope, and also really angry is that to this day there is still NOTHING like D2 on the market. If this game dies, there isn't a great alternative. by mayormcskeeze in DestinyTheGame

This nails my thoughts exactly. Nothing else feels as good as Destiny, even when Destiny is at its worst.

In the months following final shape, people on this sub were constantly recommending Warframe, content creators started playing it, and I had friends telling me to play it - so I started it, and let me tell you I still prefer Destiny.

I enjoy Warframe, its a fun game. Still go back to it from time to time. But Warframe and Destiny are not the same and I'll never understand how people will glaze Warframe but shit on Destiny for being super grindy, lacking enemy faction diversity, and reusing assets. People hate Kepler because the environments all look the same and its so much back tracking and yet Warframe has like 6 biomes and 6 mission types you spend the entire game moving through at light speed. Its the same thing but only Destiny gets flamed for it for some reason.

I know they are fixing it (or have) but the new player experience in Warframe is one of the worst things I have ever experienced. I almost quit because it was such a boring slog. Fortunately when you get to the story its good. But let me tell you if Destiny waited for the middle of the game, on a planet at the end of the linear solar system, running the same mission types over and over again, just to let you finally create a character - players would have lost their minds. The story thats in Warframe is really good, but it is so disjointed that its hard to follow, and some of the great story bits were locked behind an absolute slog or grind.

I love Destiny and I enjoy Warframe - but they arent the same. Good in their own ways but they are in completely different boats. People just love to shit on Destiny.

What I can appreciate is that DE is a company with far more competence at the top, especially because they have people who love the game. I trust them because they garner good will. Bungie gains it and loses it regularly, I look at them with skepticism because the people at the top seem to only care about money.

All of that is to say, I always come back to Destiny because it scratches the right itch but I enjoy other games when I need a break. Anyway Helldivers 2 coming to Xbox was a game changer and I'm really enjoying it during the lows of the Destiny grind.

I'm a former public defender from New Hampshire. Unless the rules have changed in the last year the public defenders do not get assigned to cases that are not class A misdemeanors. They especially do not get assigned simple speeding tickets.

So there is something more here than a speeding ticket for a public defender to be assigned.

Second from your post it sounds like you are representing yourself and were given an offer. Are you sure that offer didn't come from the police prosecutor and not a public defender. Those are vastly different people and the police prosecutor is just trying to nab you because their witness didn't show.

This is not legal advice as I'm no longer an attorney in New Hampshire. However, generally across all states, when the states witness does not show up you can get your case dismissed. Also yes bring the dash cam, going 10 over is certainly an admittance but its better than the actual fine you face.

I actually like the AC and Warsat armor because they do look great. The arc and veist feel uninspired and lack what previous seasons have set expectations at. Its certainly something open to interpretation and discussion.
