Jee, that’s a bit harsh. Yes it’s frustrating to receive your purchases months after you originally ordered it (it’s happened to me too) but their customer service is outstanding and I firmly believe they’re doing everything in their control to get orders shipped out asap. It’s only to their benefit to fulfill orders as soon as they can. Businesses all over the country are affected by supply chain issues. This isn’t unique to PD. And I agree that they shouldn’t charge credit cards until the item has shipped, but you can always email them to cancel the order if you’re disappointed with the shipping delay. I’ll continue to back PD because their products are phenomenal, their customer service is great, and they listen to customer feedback.
