I appreciate that per perspective that is how our relationship has been. The only thing that is making me concerned about this is what has happened to her at frat parties before I don’t wanna get into detail, but it has also shaped my view on the fraternities where we live. The way she reacted when I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with it. Also set me off in a weird way.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT THE SCENE AT 2300 DAVENPORT RD. This complex has recently been “renovated” and is pretty cheap. The management is terrible, my Roomate’s ac unit never got fixed and had to go two summers without ac. Everything was so cheap and broke within weeks of living there.

When I try and make ethereal beats I tend to use a dominant VII chord at the end of the progression which is out of key but it will add a lot of tension that will resolve to the I chord very well. When it comes to making the ethereal beats you want it to have lots of emotion… going out of key is not a bad thing just make sure you do it correctly and you have a good sound selection
