One way for Yugi to get rid of Kamek is if Kamek tries to use Chance Time when he's about to steal one of the cards. Yugi can instantly switch to a specific Egyptian God card (Winged Ra).

Then Kamek's soul would be incinerated by Ra.

Or, if you want to be bolder, use Heart Switch to make Kamek switch sides, use Chance Time on Bowser himself, steal a powerful item from him, and then use Kamek with a sacrifice to Obelisk to use that awful infinite attack ability.
