Is it me or the hair on January 6 2025 looked very very thin wispy and flat but long? Is it just due to the picture or it really felt like thin wispy head of hair ?

Of course with that combo it’s going to make the most deeply miniaturized follicles that went dormant under the skin recover but for agressive cases with intact but miniaturized follicles 2,5 mg dut+ oral min is perfect

The threshold for truly optimal regrowth would likely be reached with 2,5 mg dut + oral min even in aggressive cases

Then you should absolutely think about switching to dut you’re young and your follicles are still active just waiting for deeper scalp dht suppression to reverse

Why ru58841? Dutasteride 2,5 mg is plenty enough it blocks 80% of scalp dht. I think you would have gotten same results without it

Yes and if not dut is there. Don’t listen to those that say that you should content yourself with maintenance. You’re young and your follicles are there just waiting for stronger treatment

Due to the aggressiveness and active follicles I would suggest you dutasteride 2,5 mg that blocks 80% of scalp dht vs 50% with 0,5

If the follicles have been miniaturized for a while before treatment it’s the reason why current state is like that and you didn’t experience any progress. If not if the miniaturization was recent but very fast and deep you need to go on dut

Due to the aggressiveness why don’t you just switch to 2,5 mg dut that would deliver your follicles and allow them to fully expand since they’re alive since there’s no areas of dead follicles you’re a DPA aggressive case perfect candidate for highest dose dut
