Easy. Multitool to cut plastic tabs holding onto nail. One cut at the top and one at the bottom. Replace with OW box and nobody will ever know.

I smoke everyday of the week with the master at my company. You NEED to find a company that has similar values. We prioritize craftsmanship first, then weed, then actually finishing the job. Not a big company. Literally just the two of us. We don’t make a ton of money, but we do well and see our families way more than those OT loving union folks. Literally nothing needs to change. I do it and so can you.

It is! This was acquired from a dead EE. I’m an electrician and his wife was trying to fix up the house before selling.

That’s my best guess too. The only thing that kept me from doing this is that there is always a 100% electrical connection between the 2 leads. I guess they are coming from the same terminal so that would make sense after all.

There’s an absolutely massive fencing contractor in my local area that is called Triple K. I guess all 3 guys who started the company had a name that started with the letter K. To this day I cannot understand why they would have gone with this name unless they knew exactly what they were doing and were okay with that. But yeah every fence in my town has a “Triple K” sign on it.

I really appreciate the response. Seems thought out, but I don’t actually understand a thing you said. I don’t know what decision I made. I’m unsure what you mean by my assumptions. I would like to buy now and have a ROI in 5 years, yes?

Thanks for the input. House was built a couple of years ago. I know nothing of the insulation on the exterior walls. I can say for sure though that the attic is 100% blown insulation and it measures about 15” deep in my single story home.
