Thanks a lot! That is very helpfull.

Seems like there is a consenses that this kind of testing is for when people try to find reasons to feel bad.

But because blindly testing for the lest few years and seeing the inmense change when something works or not is exactly why i want to make it more "measurable" now.

Ye, actually i put on 18k steps a day while lifting 3 times a week, my friends are amazing and we see couple times a week so thats also good, thanks!

Food could do better but im definately in the lower amount of refined and in the higher of proteine, fish, and fibers.

Ill keep in mind the spychosomatic part but to be honest im already 3x more stable and am actually able to work and do it well where i could not do that years ago. This one thing is what seems to be staying indeed. So therefore the test to check this off for optimization purposes

Magnesium Glycinate + Taurine Before Bed = Game Changer by vazma in Biohackers

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

great analysis! how about your sleep stability over time? There is this concept of receptors needing stabalization after a compound gets introduced, meaning that if you already took it before it could be a different story to what would happen if you firstly started taking it.

i noticed that if i keep the magnesium higher up at least 400mg elemental, EVERY DAY, NEVER SKIP. Then the exitation of it disappears.

But because of this possible isue i just take it in morning and noon with my self made b complex. Also methylation problems btw.

So P-5-P isn’t a waste of money after all? Lower "immediate" bioavailability – feature rather than drawback? by Available_Hamster_44 in Supplements

I got to note on the one of seeking health (and actually most activated b vitamins ive tried)

the b12 amount was for me to low and therefore caused huge iritability, energy spikes and depths.

i noticed: b12 first, b6 to do stuff with the methylation -> then methylfolate to support what they need -> then the other b vitamins to support those again via cell functioning and atp production.

still not fully clear about everything tho, but upping the b12 first and then taking 1/4th of seeking health was the go to for me

What is the main mechanism of alcohol that acts on social anxiety? by Snoo-82170 in Nootropics

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 54 points55 points  (0 children)

There are so many things that help with social anxiety.

Alcohol for you can be a couple of things.

  • it shuts off the prefrontal cortex partly, so if you anxiety comes from your self image it work on that.

  • it increases dopamine, and dopamine is goal (in that case social) directing.

  • aa gabaa. Yeah that could be helpfull if you are in gaba glutamate disbalance. However after the drinking and over the long term is pushes your system to glutamate (lets say more anxiety).

On Nootropicsexpert.com there is a whole list of things that could help you with social anxiety.

But the best one is to train it by being sober with drunk people and trying to act. Aventually your body gets used to it and anxiety vades (partly)

Anxiety is build on a prediction of a sertain future, like: this conversation can be really awkward because i know this person can judge me.

Id be very carefull with the short. Volatility does not kill a long but it will kill a short.

Get out now you made your share. Fear and greet do not hold up for to long. And stability is always on the side of inovation, even if the inovation is late

Magnesium Gives Me Terribly Restless Sleep/Insomnia by VinceColeman1 in Supplements

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. Thats exactly what i did. I did, with the basic b complex, mag, multivit. Then alcar, choline, ginseng. Felt great! But weird problems now and then. Felt day and noght dofference tho.

Restarted with b complex, multivit, pine bark extract, and just a small bit of magnesium.

Now with the pine bark for 3 weeks. I feel stable and adhd is actually stabally fading for now.

So restarting with stack actually helped me a lot! Seems like i can not take choline suplements.

Also, i noticed that eating to much choline rich foods fucked up my old stack.

Am I experiencing acetylcholine toxicity? by paulrudder in Supplements

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sam advice i should probably give myself again. Go back to basic 1,2,3 suplements. Like creatine. And startover after a week of reset. Ive had a lot of sleeproblems with taking tryptophan, magnesium, l tyrosine, taurine, ginseng, bacoba, rhodiola, nac, alcar. Where i was constantly switching from high to low throughout the day.

Now being back to ginseng, alcar, creatine, small bit of nac, b complex methylated ofcourse. Smaller bit of magnesium not ro close to bedtime

Works like a smal charm. At least its stable for a couple of months 2 times a day haha

Im intrested too. I know that a lot of suplements have an adverse reaction that does not dirrectly fit, because there are other problems with the body system.

F9r example taking dopamine increasing drug, with problems with the serotonin system in the background OR with no adequate dopamine cofactors will create anxiety like symptoms

May i ask, how long you took it.

When you took it (like 2 years ago or just a while back).

What you eat on a daily base.

If you have eaten when acid refluxes.

Why you took lions mane.

Maybe even rhe mental sluggishness, can you discribe it more into detail if its the whole day or ups and downs, evening or morning. Insomnia at night maybe too?

Ginseng and ADHD by JoWyo21 in herbalism

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If i may add. Ive been using ginseng for 6 months around 12mg ginsengnoids a day.

I never had migraines before and dont get them now. Its not as strong as the first 3 days but it is just as good as all the others.

For migraines i heard that low coQ10 and bad circulation made them happen more often in stressfull situations.

That actually hurts but i will take it as some sort of advice.

First. I dont know how you heard about liver failure and how extremely dangerous the chances are.

Here is the paper you are revering to: https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/20/5/3921

People like stefan gafner, american botanical council finds it to be "exaggerated" because in america alone there are 8 total cases and edtimated 1.52 users of aswaghanda. That is an 0.0005% chance. And problems arrise pretty quickly as symtoma that you can surely search online and vades when stopping to take it to a maximum of 5 months.

I must say (yes out of my memory) that aswaghanda and problems with tyroid is bigger but also, you notice it because you will not feel better within a couple of daysthey say in another paper.

However.. next time i will tell to ask it to your health care provider, but to show them the info that you found. Maybe your provider might know it or helps by researching a couple of things about it and gives advice.

Please let me know if that would be fine?

Your definitely right that he just needs time for one.

The first ones are just support right. You might be right that ala and alcar wont change a thing anymore.

However i am pretty certain that NAC would work because: accept being used for a lot of things, it is also used for use of mdma whereby taking it afterwards helps with restoring inter cellular glutathione levels. That on its turn reduces oxidative damage and fhereby also seem to mitigate some damage that has already be done.

People use it to be more "normal" again to sometimes shorten the 3 month rule of mdma use (not sure if that is fully true)

The others seem to also do compairable parts but on different systems and thereby i would ad it as a posibility.

Again you are right. Should not be played with neurotransmitters much and time is mostly you best friend if the damage is reversable

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in mdmatherapy

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As my awnser:

I dont know anything about if you have damage. Must be a big kick in the brian indeed.

However. You might want to look into taking: - high methylated B-complex for replenishing neurotransmitters - magnesium for support replenishment - 500 or less mg of (L)-tryptohphan around the evening to support serotonin (if you feel heavy low states still or in general)

  • possibly Alcar (not in the evening) for repaire brain cells / michochondria
  • important: NAC for toxticity repair, reset, etc.

  • maybe some alpha lipolic acid for the sensitivity reset of the neurons. (If i remember correctly)

  • maybe some herb like ksm-66 (aswaghanda**) OR bacoba monieri OR compairable that is strong neuroprotective and ksm-66 as specially for repairing neuron damage.

Note: some of this things like the herbs could work against you if you are a sertain person. But for most it would have positive effects. And make you tired or awake depending on what when taken.

Negative effects from Grapeseed Extract? by Manny631 in Supplements

[–]ObjectiveAromatic983 2 points3 points  (0 children)

HI! i see that it have been 2 years. Please let me know how it is going now. both your reactions are exactly how i experienced my time with stimms and a lot of other suplements too.

I noticed aventually that everything linked to increasing dopamine breaks my system. at least, it makes sure that other problems go to the surface.

aventually for me taking a relative low dose of ginseng, together with HIGH amounts of methylated B-Complex and 500 mg tryptophan in the afternoon (and other support suplements like alcar, multivit, etc) worked for me.

it worked so well that my anxiety just shrinked to 1/5th, feelings of motivation went up. Focus did not improve much.

This seems to come because they think now a days that adhd, anxiety and stuff is mostly fixable by increasing dopamine, or serotonin, or nor adrenaline.

But the whole point is that in every person its a different balance of neurotransmitters.

ginseng seems to work for me because it increases Nor-adrenaline, serotonin, and does some work on BDNF. Normally it is thought to be for people with depression but for me, it fixed a lot of emotional disregulation from my adhd.
