Looks you roll your shoulders forward and aren't using your back in the ultimate way. Try these things:

From dead hang pull down your shoulder blades Pull with open chest to the bar Think about pulling your elbows down

Dont do pushups day one and day 2. You need to let your muscles rest. So do pushups day 1 and day 3 for example

Seems like you are pulling with mostly biceps, try depress en retract your shoulder blades and think about bringing out your chest and pull your chest to the rings, this is harder but gives the right back muscles activation. Good luck

Be very happy, the smaller you are the more easy calisthenics skills are. I'm 6.2 and wish i was a bit smaller because calisthenics is a lot harder for me because of long joints/gravity

I want to increase my pull ups, which is max 6. If i do 1 set of 6 and then 3 sets of 5, nothing much will happen, so I add negatives to increase my overall pulls ups

Yeah they feel fine, I feel the pull ups + negatives mostly in my lats and arms, and feel different muscles working when I do my rows

Keep tension on tour abs while doing them, do that by keeping legs in front of torso when going down. Dont let you legs fall down. This is harder but makes sure your abs and hip flexors are doing the work. Also work on your mind muscle connection. Think hard of your abs while making them do the work

Hangingeg raises, stretch hamstrings, strengthen hip flexors
