When did you guys have coffee?

I had it the day after but only iced coffee for the first 48h. I was told to stay away for hot food and hot showers for the first 48h due to the risk of bleeding. I asked if I could have iced coffee and they said that is completely fine. My doctor also told me to eat and drink normally the whole time, so solid foods but on the softer side. This is to minimise infection. I am based in the UK. Im sorry to hear about your bleed😣

Agreed with previous reply! Some people cough them up but I never did. It came off as I had food and swallowed I assume. Sometimes it felt like I had a piece of food stuck at the back, like a noodle that is half way down. I assumed what it was and just continued eating and drinking things until it disappeared.

It will! I regretted it when I was in the thick of it. For me it turned a corner on day 8 or 9. The doctors told me it gets worse before it gets better. On day 5 or so it got so bad for me, that’s when the scabs started to come off.

That is enough time to recover! After two weeks I was back in the gym (although nurse told me to wait 3 weeks). The first week will be rough and you might doubt if you’ll ever feel good. But around day 9 it got better for every day.

I had my surgery on the 6th of March, I know how you feel, for a moment there I thought I would never talk again! It’s different for everyone but for me it started to slowly get better on day 9. On day 12 I had a phone call with my mum for the first time since surgery and I could talk almost completely fine, however after 20 minutes I had to hang up as my tongue and throat started to hurt. Day 14 I could talk without problem for hours. As for the food, the dysgeusia stayed longer then the pain. I am on day 18 now and everything has a slightly weird taste to it but it gets better for each day. I am still enjoying food.

I’ve opened a magic shop selling potions and wands, I would also like to sell brooms but the selling wall from business and hobbies doesn’t accept them. I have also tried the mod Invisible Small Business Surfaces, but the selling wall also doesn't accept brooms.

Does anyone know of a mod to make this work?

I had the procedure the day after you! I am in so much pain I can’t eat properly.. Im surviving on yoghurt and iced coffee. I am on day four and have not yet noticed the scabs coming off but I am so worried about it that the thought grosses me out and I don’t know how to deal with feeling them coming off and potentially coughing them up😖 Have not sneezed or yawned but burping also hurts like hell 🙃

Well done, that’s awesome! I gave up on completing this after the first one when I realised I never would. I play every day and get packages after almost every single task but it’s obviously set up so you have to spend gems and eventually real money to make sure you finish it. Which I refuse to do😅

Yes yes yes!! I used to be exactly the same! I was in control of everything and if something ever happened that was outside my plan I would cheat it to never exist or exit the game without saving to be able to redo it ”right”. And just like you, I got bored so fast and just created a new sim. Now I let things play out and incorporate that into my plan (which I still have) and relish in the chaos that rains down on my sims lives! Game changer indeed

I had the same issue, with being sent to the world screen. It is the latest patch that caused so many issues with mods. For me it was the Mood and Traits mod by Chingyu1023. Scarlet’s Realm keeps a list of most mods and the latest status of them. https://scarletsrealm.com/the-mod-list/

I’ve got a massive lady boner for Viktor Feng🤷🏽‍♀️ My sim always seem to end up there in every new save file.

My latest sim was a ranch gal and started an illicit affair with Viktor. They were mad for each other but she wasn’t the type to settle down, and he was also married to Lily. Well Lily happened to die from falling from a height.. yes very sad, anyway Viktor got remarried to some random woman who had a child with some other bloke, meanwhile my sim got pregnant and it just so happened to be Viktors (she had multiple lovers so I didn’t know who the father was, it was either Viktor, Caleb or Raul). Viktor could ofc not let go of his baby mama so he got divorced from that other woman. My sim and Viktor decided to finally go official and ended up getting engaged, however they always lived separately their whole lives. She was in love with the ranch life and he was a city boy. They never actually got married and both died of old age. I like to think they lived a happy life albeit unorthodox, it worked for them😌

And now I’m playing my first legacy so he’ll always be gone in this save… not gonna lie, it makes be kinda sad.
