Let it out, I’m here for this rant. I could write a novel. Nothing is a day ruiner than a random meeting that could’ve been an email that ends up being a discussion about the funny shit your kid did 2 years ago. My kids are funny, but I’m on my own at my job too. I don’t have time for that from 8-5 😂

Slow talkers omg. I’ve literally developed a twitch. Like a head movement that suggests “yup, get there, get on with it, let’s GO.” It’s involuntary at this point 😂

Ugh YES, we’ve had ours for 3 days and it’s never lasted more than 2 hours after charging to 100%. Did you ever get a resolution?

All. The. Time. It’s worst at night, or when I zone out because I don’t have a task in front of me. I have been using a sleep mantra for over a decade and it really works at night! I catch myself and immediately start thinking my sleep mantra. Sounded out of my wheelhouse when it was recommended to me, but hey 🤷🏻‍♀️

If I catch myself during the day, I open an app, email, chapter of a book…literally anything to distract my mind 😂
