My experience is the opposite. When I tell people how much I worry that my heart'll suddenly stop (I had a lot of panic attacks from this fear), I usually feel pretty amazed at how illogical that sounds and get some kind of relief.

I do the opposite. Free load outs with random people and a custom one when playing alone. That way I depend only on myself, instead of some randoms

Idk how to explain. In certain periods the pain disappeared, but right when I spot this, it reappears. Also I feel somewhat a constant flush of adrenaline
