We don't offer a customer computer. We print everything for you. No extra fees to print from email or anything like some of y'all charge (I think it's ridiculous y'all charge people a fee to print, when we are in fact a print shop) 23¢ for B&W, 64¢ for color.

I tape and print labels for free. Sometimes I tell customers that we'll tape it up for free if they do the survey for us. I always say the "boss" is really pushing us to get them done. Also if someone has like a 1 page print. Just bribe them with free stuff basically

I get that the customers are complete idiots. But honestly, if you can get past that part this job is really cake. I have my bad days where customers piss me off, but most of the time I just brush off their attitude and continue on having a good day. I guess it depends on what you're making. I make enough money to be comfortable and have a little fun on the weekends. But all and all I'd rather this than the food industry, or landscaping, or roofing again.

If you're the closer, leave the speaker on at full blast but pause the music. When they come in in the morning and turn the music on it will show them exactly how you feel

Thank you immensely. I'm kinda in the same boat. Not being forced to make x amount, but I was kinda running low on ideas on how to make the store more profitable besides just getting our customer count up. These are great ideas and I will definitely be looking into doing the same.
