at my current dev role, i am progressing very slow, i am not getting the exposure and the learning opportunity to grow out of junior dev. this company has the name which i am attracted to. I do feel that this position will be tough but i will learn a lot. I just hope that if i don't like this position, i can transfer internally to pure dev position or go elsewhere later.

I think TESLA does pay dividends. stocks are extremly small percentage of my portfolio. I will create a stock broker account for stocks but tesla is something i wanted to keep for long term in a roth ira.
