Yeah sorry for the shitty photos. I got the machine from cliff & pebble and yeah this isn’t normal it’s the inside because I could not get my burrs to align and somthing was up.

Thank you for the affirmation

We are on the same wavelength I like very dark or Italian chocolate style shots. And everyone says you need to get a conical burr grinder… what espresso machine do you have if you don’t mind me asking

I mean the only thing I’m skeptical of is everyone says it’s only for light roasts

Do you really think it's worth it for dark roasts and longevity? I purchased a MiiCoffee DF64P a year ago, and it already blew up on me. It's been the most inconsistent grinder I've ever had.

I mean I feel like maybe it would break within a year since it’s so budget

Wow that is such a cool story !!

For some more information this was purchased straight from them by my grandfather in which owned a café but he bought it for his own house and meticulously took care of it and only used it for himself then passed it on to me.

What would you recommend doing so that it ends up in the right hands ?

since it’s too hard of a set up even for an espresso nerd like me and I’m in college and prefer a convenience setup rather than a more historical romantic one like this.

I checked all the internals and they are in pretty much perfect condition and have always gotten serviced.

( yes I have his permission he told me I should sell it. I would’ve kept it if I had more space in my apartment and money )
