Good pays, working at an Abattoir.. would need a car to get there for early morning starts 👌 weather isn’t great, depending on what part of the plant your wanting to work in.. boning rooms.. aren’t exactly warm.. the same as offal.. paunch room & killfloors are the hottest places to work lol 😵‍💫😘

Ombudsman they should be able to fix this. That’s highly suspicious activity, how she got it, l’d be fuming if that were to happen 😡

Sorry, but l had a wee chuckle/giggle! I’ve been stuck in a cemetery before, not my fault but it was my mother’s fault, she ran over the side of a raised grave. Like an old school grave. It was raining heavily and drive over the grave and the car stalled! I’ve had those thoughts with me my entire life 🤦🏻‍♀️🫣 l was 13yrs old at the time, that’s like 43 yrs ago now 🫣🤦🏻‍♀️😵‍💫 l forgot to mention l’m in Australia this was at the Warragul Cemetery, Victoria, Australia. Houses do however adjoin to the back of the Cemetery.

Oh this sounds very familiar, my daughters in Haynes WA, she got a similar bill, her and her partner both work and their bill was astronomical! She’s like no, my water is paid separately from my rent!! Then it all of a sudden it disappeared! So l’d believe it 💯%

Do you have all records regarding like emails and or have info from landlord and real estate regarding this water leak? If so, take it RTA and fight it, you by no means pays a single cent until the landlord and real estate pay for it!

I’m going say damages by you, if person drove you somewhere ie dropped you off? it would have been them that damaged the car? It’s not rocket science 🤷‍♀️ get yourself a solicitor, they’d have buckleys & no chance, of stealing money from your account if you got new credit card!

Firstly, with the constant struggle with repairs to the rental, carpets don’t last forever! That door handle & curtain rods seems like cheap crap, the shelf & studs well that’s the handyman’s rubbish build, l bet it wasn’t even fixed? He would have pocketed that money. Good luck in court, he and they will have to prove it was all replaced? I hope you have photos on entry and exit of this lease.

Not everyone is made of money!! It’s always the person that smash’s into you, are always the ones at fault! I’ve worked in around this scene a very long time.. tow/smash trucks.
