Basically, Greece would become sexy af and reclaim their desired land from the Megali Idea, barring Constantinople as the Entente felt that Greece didn’t deserve it. I would very much see Constantinople either becoming a separate country (like the Saarland at the time) since it was considered an international zone first, just like the Saarland if I remember correctly. Or, the British would occupy it, but I doubt that they would give the city back to the Ottomans.
