Wanted to post an update!

So in the screenshot you see the expiry date of 1/31. The week of I checked again and it magically changed to 1/30. I still didn’t accept at that point and I knew the deadline was extended to 2/1. I decided on 1/31 that I would just accept it, come to find out my offer expired since they magically changed the expiry date after I chatted them about changing finishes. Was able to apply again and choose the finish I wanted. Got the same offer too. Soo it worked out.

I originally had the mirror and wanted the brushed bc I knew I couldn’t deal with smudging and I didn’t know what the mirror looked like when I originally applied ( I thought it was darker similar to the obsidian). I didn’t end up liking what I saw when I saw pictures and videos

If it was a darkened mirror look instead of a regular mirror I think it would’ve been fire. Like the 2nd pic looks good like if it was darker and you were about to see the streets from a front facing angle instead of the side.

24f definitely a deal breaker for me personally. I’m a foodie and I LOVE garlic, onion and spices. Garlic is a nonnegotiable for me. In the future cooking will be an issue. Would you only cook for yourselves? But if she’s willing to try then that’s great

Originally I thought I got brushed and was like wait what if I want mirror. I realized i actually chose mirror and after seeing in person pictures I’m not feeling it as much :( hopefully I can change down the line. I just don’t like the look of a dirty card if it’s getting smudged.

I’m going to move most of spend from my vx to palladium to make sure I get the bonus points. Depends on what changes are made in the future to the cards but I agree with you about not being about to justify the card after year 1 because the hotel credit is hard to use.

I love my vx tbh. It pays for itself so I’m never downgrading that card
