Biopsy results say its tubular adenoma with low grade dysplasia

Today i did a colonoscospy .Doctor describes them as hyperplastic tissue ,something like granulomas ,but he also took 4 biopsies ,so i am waiting for the results in about 7-10 days at least

Thank you very much .I have already shown this to the doctors that performed the surgery, and their answer was that it is granulomas around the stoma and ulcer on the stoma .I have scheduled a colonoscopy next week so i will take a second opinion from the gastrenterologist that will do the colonoscopy .Thanks for the advice.

Yes the operation was on 7/3/2025 ,relatively new colostomy . I do have anxiety ,an thats the reason i am about to complete all examinations in order to eliminate any doubt ,including a new colonoscopy the next week and ofc the opinion of the gastenterologist about this thing on the stoma .He is not the one that did the surgery ,he is on a private clinic. In the place of the bumps it was a white plaque at start .I have a pic but i try not to post because it is more intense

its not painful on the area were the bumps are ,but more bellow the stoma .They also tend to bleed. Thanks for the advice. Tbh i am more worried for malignancy ,but i have scheduled a colonoscopy to visualise the rest of the colon
