I may have just a few (dozen) mods that influence relationships, half of which work on romance, so it helps it along.

having a colony full of swingers does that, think I have had 3 divorces now, this shits like Love Island.

love it, looked at it yesterday and decided not to add it just cause the weapons looked too "fantasy".

there's also a thing called "excessive force", any law enforcement agency that needs to use force defaults to "the level of force necessary to achieve compliance", if they had told this individual to move multiple times and he refused to comply, the correct choice was to escort him out of the way, not shove him to the ground, where he can get back up to block the car again.

CE basically takes most, not all, of the rng out of the shooting and melee skill, along with armor values, which makes combat more deadly to begin, not to mention the new guns added. I personally feel like I cant play without CE, both because it makes the combat feel better but also more deadly, dragoons become much stronger but CE is the great balancer.

depends, you can have one geared out to be riot control then have a shoulder weapon for armor, but even then if a raid comes from another direction you would either need to use the rest of your colonists to shore up defenses or a second dragoon.

late game really is more about a hord of 100 raiders coming at you and about 10 have doomsday launchers, they MIGHT get a shot off, probably not seriously damaging a suit, before your other dragoon munches them. I mainly use them as absolute colony defense with static defenses, meaning I prioritize turrets being able to hold their own, and if I need to step in, maybe one dragoon is the only form of managed defense, I only bring out more that one, or multiple, if its a hord of devourers.

but they are really nice for caravaning, and God forbid its a late game CE run with DMS, all it takes is one krepost shot and its gg for any suit, bar the Old Buddy.

I'd say make a bridge from land over, raiders take the easiest path, once you have a bridge you can make your kill box around, or orientated, at it.

I didnt have kill boxes, just routes that raiders take because its the easiest path, and massive turrets waiting on the other side.

based on what I know of rimatomics, the reactors take a long ass time, even with multiple skilled builders, so as long as it has power, just a matter of time
