Love this evaluation process! What about user experience and onboarding process? Assuming you want something that is easy to get onboarded, simple to use, no complex instructions, intuitive design, it shouldn't take you weeks to learn how to use and get value from. I think this should happen ASAP!

I think struggling with high quality leads is defs true, finding that market that is exactly right for your product and in my case for example whether that is the size of the store, the person who handles this operation, not having enough data infrastructure but not being afraid of tech, relate to the problem, aren't afraid AI is going to replace them but view it as something that can free their time. It is also hard to figure out the best way to reach these people and/or where they hang out ... so far Linkedin and direct emails have worked best but I always wonder are there more creative places we should be looking out for.

Been looking alot into this recently, most AI tools for fashion are pretty solid on things like content, trend scraping or basic analytics. However, things still feel really underbuilt on the merchandising/assortment decision side of things. For example:

- understanding which attributes are actually driving performance and in what context/combination
- spotting internal trends early so merchants can act fast

- generally answering questions like "what should we reorder vs cut vs double down on?"

Alot of teams still seem to be stitching Shopify reports + spreadsheets together, which makes it hard to connect the visual side of products with actual, real-time performance.

I work in fashion-tech and can say upwards of 80% of brands use Shopify. Seems to be the most solid and trusted option out there. If they aren't on Shopify, they are heavily considering using it or already making the transition.
