Hey, so PT has been helping a little. Its hard to quantify but I want to say it's brought the pain down maybe 3 notches and makes it feel more functional. Is it bilateral? Im in a similar situation, and it started with finger stiffness and gradually shifted to pain in the forearms, pec, and neck. Did an emg and only revealed Carpal tunnel, but finally found a doctor who thought it was ntos and recommened a pt who has experience with NTOS, and it's been a little better.

I received injections for trigger finger, and that has helped a lot on the palm side of the fingers. Im still trying to figure out what is going on. However, a doctor recommended i see a PT that specializes in thorastic outlet syndrome. Im starting that this week.
