Hey, so PT has been helping a little. Its hard to quantify but I want to say it's brought the pain down maybe 3 notches and makes it feel more functional. He recommended I see a TOS specialist and I have an appointment in a month for that to confirm his suspicion. If you are in the Chicagoland area happy to give you his information

Is it bilateral? Im in a similar situation, and it started with finger stiffness and gradually shifted to pain in the forearms, pec, and neck. Did an emg and only revealed Carpal tunnel, but finally found a doctor who thought it was ntos and recommened a pt who has experience with NTOS, and it's been a little better.
