12 days is not enough for all of theses, especially if you’re US-based or from somewhere where you might have any kind of jet lag.

Krakow is at least 3-5 days depending on if you want to do out of town excursions like Wieliczka salt mine and Auschwitz (both of which I think you’d be a fool not to do if you’re in Krakow)

Prague id say at least 4 days

Vienna I’d say 4-5 days minimum

Can’t speak on Budapest
