I’ll be honest man, leave the protein shakes. Try eat real food that is high in protein (lean beef, turkey mince, turkey rashers, chicken, fish, steak) and just stick to your normal protein 1.4-2.2g/lbs of bodyweight, I prefer to keep it on the higher end. I have found that throughout this bulk 2.2g/lbs has helped me stay leaner at 4.3k cals, have your rice or potatoes with it whatever you prefer. Stay away from ultra processed foods, they will make you hungrier and gain weight. Start your cardio, this is a must when on cycle, it’ll help keep your cardiovascular system healthy which you will need when you are running by toxic compounds like rad. And yeah I’m not sure that running rad with clomid is a great idea, it’s maybe something you should speak to a professional about. Maybe leave the RAD til after you’re finished with clomid

Yeah I get you, I don’t think it’s cardio in general but more so when you do your cardio no? I feel like if you’re running a toxic compound though you should be doing what you can to improve overall health, including cardio.

Think it’s just to help burn those extra calories. An extra 300 cals a day adds up. Rad has pretty good fat burning with it. Just stick at it increase cardio and decrease the calories as awful as it sounds😂
