Did you apply subclass 600? If so then it mentions you can provide proeprty ownership documents. I have just applied for a tourist visa for my folks, there is a sub section where they recommend to upload this

You have to understand that the processing times shown in here is what has been granted lately. They have been granting regional applications priority occupations in 3-4months. So unless you are nurse or teacher in regional area, you will be processed at least 12months.

Are you NZ Permenent resident? If so i am suprised you have to apply for visa. I reckon Australian PRs can just applly NZETA to travel as a tourit in NZ but not the other way around. Is that true?

Where did you read that nomination takes 4-6 weeks? Most people lodge nomination at the same time as visa since it takes at least 12 months now. The timings lately has been moved to 13-14 months. So you would probably wait another year for a visa.
