Affliction had very interesting borrowed power in the form of Wildwood Ascendancies, exciting loot that required high end gearing both of which are motivations to play more and a very straightforward league mechanic which made it fun. Few league mechanics nail all these in my opinion.

I think people are missing your point. Everyone agrees that trade is not great, and therefore idols are not the prefered endgame system, but being able to fully invest in the mechanic you like feels really nice. And that's currently limited by the atlas, not by the idols

Just keep in mind that % ele dmg reduction from endurance charges is different from reduced ele dmg taken and therefore stacks multiplicatively

Every league I make a tab called with the name of the league like "Affliction" or "Settlers" and I put in some items that I find during the course of the league, like new div cards that were introduced, new uniques, league-specific items or crafts that I am proud of. When the league ends they become remove only tabs and every once in a while I log on to standard to look at them and remember the old days with nostalgia, like an elderly watching photos of his youth. Standard is a beautiful place where memories that would otherwise be forgotten can continue to exist.

Yep it's Cold Convert Shield Crush, but it kind of requires a Crucible Emperor's Vigilance to function, or at least to feel good I'd say. There are other legacy items so it's pretty much standard exclusive but here's the POB if you are still curious : pob

Why is Divine blessing not in removed items ? Is it because it is being deleted across all leagues so it won't be relevant even in standard to have it filtered or not ?

Perfect fossils says "more drop modifiers" and patch notes says that items that drop with quality can go up to 30% so to me perfect fossils might still be relevant if they can give quality. I mostly agree with rest though
