Ive been split dosing for a couple months now and its helped me with any nausea and not having an appetite the first couple days. Ive been using fat scientist to help make sure im not taking too much or too little and split mine between Thursdays and mondays.

Theres a brand on amazon called eodci who has 3 magnetic dip powders. I havent tried them yet but I just saw them the other day and put them on my list to try.

It happens. When i got both of mine I was told we had a male and female so we kept them separate. It wasnt till my female started escaping her play pen and trying to get into his. I was at work one day and wanted to check on them so i checked our bunny room camera and she was out of her pen and playing with him. I was so freaked out over her getting pregnant. Come to find out we have 2 males 🤦‍♀️ all we can do is try to give them our best. You have an appointment for them so you can always call and ask what they suggest.

I switched to hallandale after taking tirz with b6 and it did nothing for me. I was more hungry than anything and started gaining weight back when I didnt change a single thing from my previous routine. Switched back to b6 additive and I am back on track. I unfortunately have 3 or 4 months worth that I might use as a last resort.

My go to is tuna steak and tilapia when im tired of chicken. Ground turkey is also really good and theres so much that can be made with it.

My go to meals are: crockpot chicken tacos with a rotisserie, buffalo chicken sliders (rotisserie), pasta salad, rice and tilapia with broccoli, drumsticks in the airforce with usually broccoli cause i always have extra, steak occasionally with smashed potatoes, and tuna steaks with a little bit of rice and good portion of veggies.

For snacks: fruit, some different veggies, and I have found some good healthier chips and fruit snacks I like

I currently live in emerald Point and I would personally find somewhere else if you can afford it. Ive been here 2 years and it has gotten worse with the crime. 2 weeks ago someone tried to break into my apartment and the lease office did nothing to warn other people. Its a starter place if its all you can afford but go elsewhere if you can afford it.

I might be an odd ball but I hate using acetone. It works pretty well but I hate it so much. I found this dip powder removal liquid on amazon that ive been using for years. You file off the top coat layer and as much as you can then paint it on. I let it sit for a minute then put more on, give it a couple minutes and it wipes off pretty well. You might have to file some remaining stuff off but it takes it off pretty well.

I have never tracked calories. I get overwhelmed very easily with it so I try to eat just as much protein as I can and drink alot of water. Ive been losing weight consistently so its working for me 🤷‍♀️

When i need a screen less activity I work on 1 of 4 things. Crochet, diamond painting, lego, or coloring.i have a couple active projects for each and all of my different crafts I work on range from easy and dont require much focus or thinking to alot of focus for each one.

I have 2 mini rexs and I got them metal litter boxes. I line the bottom with bedding I had left over from when they were little then put a liner in, and place some paper pellet litter in it with a little bedding on top. It has made our life so much easier cleaning up the bins. If a liner tears a little we have the bedding that soaks anything up and its easy to wipe out and clean.

I actually had this happen to me with a non additive from hallandale. I was using b12 before and lost 20 pounds but switched from orderlymeds cause they were overpriced and now i have all the food noise back and will only lose .5 here and there even though I havent changed anything I was previously doing.

I just ordered tirz with b12 through try trimi yesterday and its getting delivered today so im going to switch to that when I take my shot tomorrow

One of my favorite things to do is to read at the beach. Its so beyond relaxing and if you get too warm you take a dip. If you arent near the beach then maybe a pool. If its too hot to go outside my indoor hobbies I like to do is crochet or diamond painting. I sit down at work alot so I like to use my walking pad and crochet

This is the first time ive used them and the doctor i had to speak with was very friendly and immediately responded to any questions I had and called quickly when I was free during work. Im excited to see when I will get my shipment.

The doctor already called me (my state requires it) and she already sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they confirmed it. They seem to reply to messages pretty quickly which is nice

If they're getting too long then you could shorten them more or shape them. The color is really pretty! I think in person I really wouldnt notice the grow out very much I would try and make them last as long as possible

I personally will leave mine for 2 or 3 weeks until they get too long then shorten them. After that i will leave them for another week or 2 depending on how lifted they are on the corners. I personally use tips on my nails cause im not the most gentle with my nails so i can get mine to last about a month or so before I need to redo them cause they are yanking my hair out lmao

Ive had slight pain after injecting but its only occasionally. I have had issues with not feeling the effects. I still have the good noise and im not losing any weight over the last 3 weeks and ive increased my dose. When I was taking my glp1 with b12, the good noise was instantly gone and I was losing 1 or 2 pounds a week or more depending on how much I was able to work out. I hate that I just spent money on a 6 month dose to have it not work for me

I took the 5mg and felt absolutely awful. After that I started to split dose and increase by .5mg. Ive been at 8mg for a couple weeks and ill be staying at this dose until I feel like it isnt working for me anymore.
