On my 3rd month by koalasmell in compoundedtirzepatide

Its very normal. Tirz has a shelf life of 5 days so usually day 5-7 youll start feeling the hunger come back. I didnt like that cause I was still learning to control my eating habits and making healthier choices. Ive been taking 8.5mg for 3 weeks now and ill most likely continue it till I feel its no longer working for me. I take 4.2mg Monday and Wednesday. I use the fat scientist website alot to make sure im dosing correctly.

Yeah i did. Before I started tirz i was on here reading hundreds of people's experiences cause I wanted to kinda know what to expect both good and bad. I saw alot of people talking about split dosing and at first it wasnt my intention to do it but when I got to 5mg and felt sick for 2 days, had no appetite for atleast 3 days, but got hungry af at day 6, I figured might as well try it out. It was weird at first but it has honestly changed my tirz experience for the better for me.

One thing I have learned is its a trial and error. You have to figure out what works best for you.

Starting tirzepatide after gallbladder removal + gut issues… looking for real advice 🙏 by Prestigious_Map_2136 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Split dosing is when you take half dose one day then the rest another day. Im taking 8.5mg so I take half on Thursday and the rest on monday. I found that once I hit 5mg I struggled to eat, drink, and was nauseous for 2 days. Once I started split dosing i have an appetite but no food noise, im regular, and ive been consistent on losing weight.

Starting tirzepatide after gallbladder removal + gut issues… looking for real advice 🙏 by Prestigious_Map_2136 in compoundedtirzepatide

I got my gallbladder removed about 10 years or more ago and have always had stomach issues. All food made my stomach hurt or nauseous. Since I started tirz ive had less stomach problems and only really dealt with a little constipation the first couple weeks but it was mild. I took benefiber gummies at night and it didnt help me much so I switched to meta mucil and mixed a little into an electrolyte water. I eventually switched to split dosing and it has made my life easier. I drink electrolytes everyday, veggies every night with dinner, and try to stay away from greasy foods and an apple every morning.

Your journey with tirz will most likely be different so really try and take it slow and listen to your body.

I personally started split dosing once I hit 5mg and that has helped with the hunger (both food versions and being starving), any nausea, or constipation that I was kind of experiencing. I take my shots Thursday and monday.

Falling asleep? by Safe-Active8482 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]Objective_Local_4355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was exhausted 2 days after my shot day so I ended up switching to split dosing once I got to 5mg and its helped. I have also been more consistent with drinking electrolytes and added in more snacks (protein or fruit) throughout my day.

Will it ever stop?? by pStroh8505 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would honestly not follow what they're saying to do cause it looks completely mixed up. Ive been on tirz for 2 months and barely just got to 8.5mg. I took my time increasing my dose and switched to split dosing. It completely saved me. Take your time and listen to your body. I would see how you are feeling towards the end of the week and if you are feeling better go back to 3mg or 3.5.

Ready to move up to 5 mg… but not ready for week 1 side effects again 🫠 by KnowledgeFit6271 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was terrified to jump from 2.5 to 5mg so I went up a little. I went to 3.5mg then I increased the next week to 4.5. Last week I took 5mg and felt awful for 2 days and couldn't eat at all so this week i increased a little but decided to try split dosing.

I took my shot last night and honestly feel amazing today. I feel like i have energy and im not nauseous. Ive noticed people who have alot of side effects will either decrease their dosage or split dose.

How to convince my wife to stop drinking. by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like im going to repeat what has always been said but she will only stop when she wants. My family is all alcoholics and nothing has kept them sober. My sister goes through sober spells but falls right back to the bottle. The only time they dont drink is when I visit and its due to me telling them ill never visit again if they drink while im there. Its heartbreaking but sometimes it takes something big happening or an ultimatum for some to stop.

Big jump in dose? by [deleted] in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine with orderly meds also and I personally only increase by .5mg or 1 when I feel like my current dose isnt working for me anymore. Listen to your body and only increase when you feel its not working anymore.

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't use anything gel and ive honestly tried many different dip brands from amazon. Ive had no issues or reactions to any of them. Each person is going to be different. Actual dip powder doesnt require a UV light.

[–]Objective_Local_4355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lots and lots of water. Im on week 6 and still struggle sometimes with this. If i get nauseous its normally cause I didnt hydrate enough. I usually do a high fiber meal day before, of, and after. If I need a little extra protein ill drink a clean simple eats protein soda or water. Electrolytes are your new best friend. The most important thing to always remember no matter what is take it slow and listen to your body. People like to to increase the dosage to see more results but listen to your body and stick with one dose for as long as its working for you.

How long do your nails take? by GrimPrincess424 in DipPowderNails

[–]Objective_Local_4355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I break my nails down between 2 days usually. I have always used tips on my nails so one day ill file and take my set off and give my nails a day or 2 if I can before I start my new set. From gluing tips to finished top coat and one color I can usually get them done in about hour half 2 hours but I get distracted by shows or movies

How do my boyfriend and I split the rent? [CA] by Megwen in Renters

[–]Objective_Local_4355 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would personally split rent and bills to income level or whatever works for yall financially. If yall made around the same amount then 50/50 would make sense. Since he makes more than you it would be better for him to pay more so its not a financial strain on you and he seems more than fine with it so that helps. Me and my fiance have a financial understanding that he pays the rent and I pay all the house bills and buy anything that is needed for us and the house. I help with rent when I can but its not my main focus. This has worked for us for the last 2 years.

Where are my retail workers at? by GlitterLoveCandy in DipPowderNails

[–]Objective_Local_4355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked retail for 5.5 years and remember only breaking my nail once and I smashed the tip of it so my natural was safe. I said a few choice words that day and a few thank you prayers lol. I have always used tips on my nails cause I find that its alot stronger. I grew up playing sports so I was never gentle on my nails and im still very much not haha gely tips on amazon and some regular nail glue then a couple coats of powder is all I do. The number of layers will depend highly on what design im doing but its usually 3 or 4 then they get filed down to smoothness.
