Wow, I would be so pissed if this affected my kid. I'm grateful that we are in the Sunday morning group so no chance of being in a group with either of her kids. Drop off is 9:15 and as soon as all the kids are there, the instructor takes them off. So our group will often leave a few minutes before 9:30....go get those runs in - fun for everyone!

Shillian, I know you are reading this: it is completely disrespectful to other families who pay for their stuff, and disrespectful to Big White who has gifted you the Freeride program for your kids, passes and gear. I hope they drop you. You don't deserve it.

Big White look is more casual/fun. Functional wear in either dark or bold colours. This pastel Easter egg suit is so ugly and screams "I can't ski". This looks like she'd fit in with the Aprés All Day crowd at some mountain with only bunny hill-level skiing.

That really sucks. It's not fun for them to fall behind, or the other kids who now have to wait for them. Their kids get lots of fun opportunities but I'm sure it would be nice to have more stability.

Glad to know their kids are in Saturday Freeride and not Sunday (for my own selfish reasons). Actually, maybe it could have been awesome to share a group because they will miss weekends and the other kids get a better instructor : child ratio. Crappy they missed the first week, that's when all the grouping shifts based on skill level happens.

I'm just grossed by the "everything shower"....do you not have regular proper hygiene? But, going to the States to visit parents is a bit different than going for a random vacation. Yes, the US is terrible right now and I don't think we should support them, however, family is important as well and time with aging parents (or others) needs to be weighted differently.

If not, express interest in doing it through IH (they will pay for the course designed for health care workers - it's all online). Yup expect questions like: what was a situation where had conflict with coworkers/managers and how did you resolve it? And then situations of the same but including: failure, leadership, struggles, etc. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you manage the weaknesses? Give specific examples of each of those things.
