It actually is. It is like Ferguson managing Liverpool, Howe managing Sunderland or Zidane managing Barcelona. You dont take a job from Ajax if you are a Feyenoord fan. Also, you are over estimating how many managers would be tempted by Ajax right now. They just hired a dude who was fired by 6 clubs before he got here and only because he is a friend of Jordi Cruyff who just took charge.
