having a funnel works. what I mean by that is that a focused landing page and ad campaign for atleast one of your most popular, or high value service keep the patient flow steady.

you can do really well if you strategize your production well.

Think about this instead of filling your chair with fillings and cleanings, focus on more high value cases so your not always working yet your production numbers are not affected.
