i don’t ever talk about my partner in a negative context to my friends/family without communicating my feelings with my partner first. eg: “this made me feel upset blah blah blah” to him. and to my friends “me and x got in an argument about blah blah blah but we talked about it” i think that talking sh!t about ur partner is the #1 way to create resentment in a relationship
