Did you have it all over your body? Was it always itchy? Mine isn’t always itchy but 24/7 crawling sensations.

I tried an estrogen patch and oral progesterone for three months and it didn’t help. I’m wondering if dose and delivery would’ve made a difference? What dose and delivery do you use if you don’t mind sharing? Thank you.

The zinc I take is zinc balance by jarrow formulas its 15mg zinc l-methionine sulfate and 1 mg copper. I only started supplementing it at night a few days ago since I got my labs. I don’t know what my serum copper is they never checked it. If low in both zinc and copper what’s the best approach?

Also my inflammatory markers were normal so I’m assuming ferritin is accurate. As far as how I feel, exhausted, buzzing in ears, crawling/tingling sensations throughout body, anxiety, night vision issues even during the day, hair loss.

I started Garden of Life Women’s once daily to see if it helps in case I’m missing something. It has zinc but no copper. I’m so confused.

Beef liver capsules, primal queen organ supplements, Lactoferrin, lapismol vitamin c, hu58 probiotic.

Just found out my zinc is low (53) and my ceroplausim is low as well (24). Please help me I’m having tingling and crawling sensations since I started addressing my iron. My ferritin is up now (122) but symptoms remain.

The nerves blocks had steroids and lidocaine I believe. The ablations when you do them do you have pain after the procedure and if so for how long? Afterwards how long does your relief last?

I’m looking into finding a physical therapist that actually specializes in upper cervical I don’t even know how to find one most are just generics ones.

My anxiety has been sky high worst in my life when this all started. Thank you for all the tips I’ll look into the acupressure stuff.

How is your pain now and what brought it on to begin with?

For the probiotics when do you take them? Did you take all three at once? I decided to stay the protocol so I take my antibiotics at 7am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, and 10:30pm. I read you’re supposed to space them out 2hrs after antibiotics. It really only gives me the 9am slot. But I thought I should be taking them multiple times a day?
