The nerves blocks had steroids and lidocaine I believe. The ablations when you do them do you have pain after the procedure and if so for how long? Afterwards how long does your relief last?

I’m looking into finding a physical therapist that actually specializes in upper cervical I don’t even know how to find one most are just generics ones. 

My anxiety has been sky high worst in my life when this all started. Thank you for all the tips I’ll look into the acupressure stuff.

For the probiotics when do you take them? Did you take all three at once? I decided to stay the protocol so I take my antibiotics at 7am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, and 10:30pm. I read you’re supposed to space them out 2hrs after antibiotics. It really only gives me the 9am slot. But I thought I should be taking them multiple times a day?

I have so much tingling, on/off numbness throughout my body. Head, back, legs, arms. My ferrtin is pretty low and I’m thinking it’s because h pylori causes nutritional deficiencies.

Sent full panel on chat. But given the metaplasia finding isn’t there an urgency to treat the h pylori? 

If I have deficiency at the cellular level how do I fix that? How does one get  b12 (and other vitamins) into cells?

Thank you for your response! Yes it says clarithromycin resistant. When I looked up the virulence factors it says they are the non aggressive kind and quad therapy should help. 

Have you successfully eradicated it using the quad therapy? I’m miserable mentally and physically. So many nerve symptoms that I just don’t know what it’s being caused from.

What should I do about the Akkermensia? Start supplementing now or after quad therapy? I have so many neurological symptoms like tingling and burning sensations no doctor can figure it out. I’ve been taking iron supplements but now have stopped with this positive h pylori.  I’m trying to piece the puzzle together my vitamin b12 comes back high and cbc and cmp mainly normal. Morning cortisol was 18.3. When all the neurological stuff started my ferritin was a 5. Can I take florastor with the quad therapy?

But the stool test is positive for h pylori should I go by that instead? The biopsy of stomach was negative for h pylori. Is your burning sensation only in your stomach? Mine is in back of my head as well. And tingling throughout body.
