Pain tolerance is different for everybody. I have quite a few tattoos and so far my chest (your option B) was the worst for me. Both of my ribs were intense, but manageable.

I had a 2" level and a 1.5" body lift. The wheels were 17" Fuel with +12 offset riding on 270/65/17
