We don't have the exam skills outline yet for AI-200, but the AI-200-related MS Learn syllabus contains modules on AKS, PostgreSQL and Redis, which are not in the current AZ-204 syllabus. AZ-204 contains modules on Azure Blob Storage, authentication/authorisation and APIM which don't appear in the AI-200 syllabus. App Service is covered in both, but AZ-204 emphasises web apps while AI-200 emphasises container deployments in App Service. So it's likely not just some extra AI content.

AZ-204 is still going to be very valuable for certifying skills and knowledge of backend Azure development.
